Mirrabooka is a listed investment company specialising in investing in small and medium sized companies located within Australia and New Zealand. Our general definition of small and medium sized companies is those companies which fall outside the top 50 listed companies, by market capitalisation, on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). There are many small and medium size companies listed on the ASX and we seek to invest in those companies which we believe offer investors attractive value. Of particular interest are companies with relatively low price earnings ratios and high dividend yields.

Mirrabooka’s shares are listed on the Australian stock exchange. There are no entry and exit fees associated with shareholders acquiring or disposing of their shares, other than the transaction costs of your stockbroker.

A sound history of investment performance and access to a consistent stream of fully franked dividends
Access to a diversified portfolio comprising investments in around 90 companies.
Management expenses - 0.87% for the financial year to 30 June 2006
On going capital management measures, including a dividend reinvestment plan
The intention to keep shareholders informed about the Company's activities and performance
Board and Investment Committee with investment skills and business experience.

Current Investment Performance

We are a medium to long term investor. As a result, we assess our performance based on accumulated returns over a period of 5 to 10 years.
